• Customers first. Enterprises are spending heavily on AI and not seeing the business value back. Every decision we make is measured against whether it helps a real customer turn that investment into outcomes.
• Ship reality. Production beats prototypes. We build systems that run in the real world under real load, and we evaluate ourselves on what customers can actually use.
• Earn the autonomy.Automation is a privilege granted by evidence. Every capability we ship passes the review: does this hold up when a customer's quarter depends on it?
• Intensity with care. The work is hard and the stakes are real. We hold a high bar for ourselves, and we take care of each other through it.

Operating Principles: How we work together. These are the rules of the road inside Rebel.

• Find a way. When the obvious path is blocked, we find another one. Ideas come from anywhere, regardless of title or tenure.
• First principles, then speed. We reason from the ground up, decide fast, and iterate. Being right eventually is not the same as being right on time.
• Own the outcome. Whoever picks up the work owns the outcome — including the parts nobody wanted.
• Write it down.If it isn't written, it didn't happen. We work in docs, specs, and code reviews that future teammates can actually use.
• Calibrate in public. Strong opinions, stated clearly, updated fast when the data says otherwise.
