Introducing RebelAI: applied AI with full observability and governance

Today we are introducing RebelAI, the institution's applied AI platform. RebelAI is the layer where prompts, models, knowledge, agents, and machine learning become production software, governed and observed with the same rigor the firm applies to its most regulated systems.

Workflow Automation

Studio is the authoring environment for production AI Routines. Compose model, prompt, tools, and knowledge bindings; upload SOPs and auto decompose them into reusable steps; version every change; run regression tests against golden sets; and gate publishes behind formal evaluation. Knowledge unifies documents, ontology slices, memory, and policies into a single permission aware Context Mesh that every Routine reads from, with retrieval, citation, and lineage as first class primitives. Connectors deliver action APIs to Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Slack, GitHub, Microsoft 365, and every other system the firm runs. Workflows execute Routines on cron, webhook, ontology event, and file arrival triggers, with full observability, retry semantics, and error escalation.

Generative AI

Threads delivers multimodal chat across text, image, video, and voice, grounded in Knowledge with fully cited answers. Every conversation is permission scoped, fully auditable, and able to invoke any Routine, action, or ontology query the user is entitled to. Canvas is the long form generative workspace for drafting, image and video creation, voice cloning, and design. Every artifact is governed, every prompt is logged, and every output can flow back into the firm's knowledge base and downstream systems.

Agentic AI

Visual and code based builders for autonomous agents. Compose ReAct, deep research, planning, and supervisor patterns; bind to ontology actions and connector tools; sandbox in evaluation; promote to production behind gates; and operate with full traces, cost tracking, and human in the loop controls.

Industrial AI

Predictions ships production grade machine learning for forecasting, anomaly detection, classification, recommendations, and survival modeling. Train on governed data, register every model with full lineage, deploy at scale, and monitor for drift and degradation, all under the same access control as the rest of the platform.

Operate

The control plane that turns AI from a prototype into a system of record. Observability captures traces, costs, latencies, drift, and failure review queues across every Routine, every agent, and every model. Evals run test suites, golden sets, pre publish gates, and continuous regression detection. Governance handles role based access control, audit chain of custody, and content and tool permissions across every AI workload, with the same rigor the institution applies to its most regulated systems.
